Run deterministic connector coverage with:
python -m pytest packages/harborrag-adapters/tests/connectors
Real providers require credentials, network access, source scoping, optional attachment parsers, and sometimes PDF/OCR models. Follow the complete connector smoke setup before executing those scripts.
